J/K Ranch is owned and operated by Jonathon and Katie Wantoch, along with our children Gabriella, Broderik, and Dalila. Both Jon and Katie grew up on Wisconsin dairy farms and wanted to share those experiences with their kids. J/K Ranch was established in 2013 when we purchased 10 acres in Colfax, WI (Northwest WI) and started renting the neighbor's farm, later purchased in 2019.
We purchased our first five registered Charolais heifers in 2015. Our herd has grown to over 100 head of cattle with spring and fall calving. We sell registered cows, yearlings, heifers, and bulls year-round.
J/K Beef is featured at the Reclaimed Tavern in Stanley, WI!
We purchased our first American Border Collie Association (ABCA) registered puppy in 2021 and started breeding in 2023.
We are proud members of the American International Charolais Association (AICA) and the American International Junior Charolais Association (AIJCA).
