Starting with five registered Charolais heifers in 2015, our herd has grown to over 100 head. We utilize embryo transfer, artificial insemination, and top-tier herd bulls to enhance genetics, with spring and fall calving.
We provide premium, Choice/Prime Charolais beef to Reclaimed Tavern Bar and Grill in Stanley, WI. Performance data verifies our quality. Processed at Gunderson Foods, Mondovi, WI. Available as quarters, halves, wholes, and individual cuts at Reclaimed Tavern.
Our Annual Private Treaty Sale is held each spring, featuring breeding bulls and replacement heifers. Bred cows and heifers for sale vary each year. Visit the page for more information!

J/K Ranch is owned and operated by Jonathon and Katie Wantoch, along with our children Gabriella, Broderik, and Dalila. Both Jon and Katie grew up on Wisconsin dairy farms and wanted to share those experiences with their kids. J/K Ranch was established in 2013 when we purchased 10 acres in Colfax, WI and started renting the neighbor's farm, later purchased in 2019.
